- The structure has proper heating ventilation,
insulation, and vapor barriers.
Electrical
inspection to examine for:
- Loose wires, shorts, shock/fire hazards,
and properly installed GFCI receptacles.
Plumbing
inspection to examine for:
- Leaks, proper water pressure, and deterioration.
